OUR MISSION

Exceeding expectations keeps us on the path of caring.

DISTINGUISHED CREDENTIALS

The management of this home has been providing insight and service to seniors for more than 30 years. This extensive experience is applied daily at The Wellington, with constant diligence in providing the utmost in care and service.

OUR LIVING TAPESTRY

“Our Living Tapestry” philosophy was developed to create an environment that is home-like and weaves together pets, plants, antiques, and children. Dogs, cats, and birds are considered members of the family and bring life and vitality to our Hamilton retirement residence and long-term care facility.

PHILOSOPHY OF CARE

The Resident’s Bill of Rights is the foundation on which our Home is built. Our residents come first and we actively listen and respond to their voice, encouraging choice and the right to aid. We acknowledge the resident’s unique lifestyles, talents, and values, striving to meet their social, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. We have a home that is safe and comfortable; where all can “kick off their shoes”.

OUR VISION

At The Wellington our vision is to provide a vital, engaging lifestyle for both independent seniors and those who require quality care. We provide peace-of-mind afforded by a choice of supportive services and celebrate living by recognizing each person’s past experiences, community connections, and individual needs to foster a sense of well-being and belonging.
